Frank Sinatra, "the way you look tonight"- it was what I used with my dad, and he loved it! It's old and jazzy and fun to dance to.

Lyrics
Some day, when I'm awfully low,
When the world is cold,
I will feel a glow just thinking of you...
And the way you look tonight.

Yes you're lovely, with your smile so warm
And your cheeks so soft,
There is nothing for me but to love you,
And the way you look tonight.

With each word your tenderness grows,
Tearing my fear apart...
And that laugh that wrinkles your nose,
It touches my foolish heart.

Lovely ... Never, ever change.
Keep that breathless charm.
Won't you please arrange it ?
'Cause I love you ... Just the way you look tonight.

Mm, Mm, Mm, Mm,
Just the way you look to-night.

I'd say if you like "My Girl" go with that one. I can't think of any other oldie song that might work...maybe How Sweet it is (to be Loved by You)? Good luck and congratulations!

Not a doo-wop but I love "Tough Little Boys" by Gary Allen

PLEASE don't pick "Butterfly Kisses"!!! That is the most overused wedding song EVER!!
I heard the BEST one. "Ain't No Sunshine When She's Gone" by Bill Withers.
Give it a listen! Imagine saying goodbye to your dad (you're leaving childhood, afterall!) and imagine what he will be feeling!

Not really doo-wop, but what about Isn't She Lovely by Stevie Wonder?
