Go somewhere where you can understand the English and it's understood by other English folk - not Liverpool, Manchester or Bradford - lovely as they are.
Norwich would be great for you, and it has direct flights to Italy.

Try small towns not big ones as this will help you to make freinds such as towns in yorkshire like harrogate or ripon or scarbough they have lost of bars and resturants,and you could take englisg lessons when your not at work this will help you with your english and you'll be able to make friends.xx
