I really do not know the whole story so I can't give a good answer. All you can do is earn your trust back. When it is lost it can't just be given back. He may forgive but wont forget. If this truth or dare kiss is what broke you up maybe you should have thought about this person before you did it. Would you have liked it if he did it? Those are the things you need to think of.
