It's not if you target different areas of your body every day giving the others rest. Also make sure you're eating enough protein and carbs or your body will start feeding on muscle mass to fuel the energy.

Yes actually. Your body does need to be worked out. But your body also needs rest to repair itself. Your body will go through a period of staleness where the body does not react to what you do by working out. Also, it can also cause the wear and tear of muscles and ligaments. So workouut 3-4 times a week. 5 at the most and then get that rest.

If you're doing cardio it's no problem. If you're building muscle you should not work on the same muscles everyday. Your muscles usually need a few days rest after a heavy workout. If you don't allow the muscles sufficient rest, they will not grow. It takes me 5 days to workout my entire body. I take 2 days off per week. Some people do the whole body twice per week. Your muscles will not grow very big if you hit the same ones every single day. Divide your body in sections. Concentrate on a specific muscle group each workout. Take at least one day off per week.

Its not really bad. But your body needs rest from time to time. Give it some rest at least once a week.

Yes it is. Your body needs down time. Time to relax and build up. Try reducing to no more than 6 days. Also, don't do the same workout continously b/c ur body becomes immune to that and u will not c any changes.

It depends on what you're doing. You can alternate cardio with weights every other day. But I've read that if you're lifting weights you need to let your muscles rest in between workouts because you're actually tearing them and they need a day to repair. It'ss upposed to actually enhance muscle development.
