for example take 1.1.1900 as a start year
then calculate the number of the days and leap years up to required year.
use mod function to calculate days in a week.
search google for a calendar in a language you know such as java, c++

If you have Word or Excel on your computer, you can use templates that Microsoft has available on their website: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT101043131033.aspx There are lots of different calendars to choose from!
