Not every relationship is meant to last. Dating people helps you decide what you are really looking for in someone that may be permanent and can really point out what you are not looking for.

How do you know it won't last?? I think all relationships are learning experiences. Even if the relationship doesn't last, isn't it better to have tried and learned something then to always wonder what might have been? Every relationship that doesn't last brings us one step closer to the one that will. So I'd say yes...life is short...take chances. You never know where you might end up.

This wouldn't be considered a relationship. YOUR JUST WASTING TIME UNTIL MR/MS WONDERFUL ARRIVES.
I've done it for years and I'm still wasting time because I know that you and whom every your in a relationship with must value and view things as you do. If they don't then it's a pointless relationship. THEY NEVER LAST LONG N-E WAYS !!!!!!!!

yes if you are interested in the person. how do you know it will never last unless you try. you learn so much in relationships about life and the other person. any relationship is not pointless something comes out of everything in this world

Now you just answered this question yourself {it will never last} why would you want to hurt yourself and another on a maybe?...If you know in your heart there's no chance for this relationship then why would you make a commitment you know you can't keep?

Yes. Obviously most relationships won't "last forever" but if you like somebody and enjoy their company than there is nothing wrong with starting a relationship like that.

you shouldn't start of a relationship thinking the worse of it because things change, ppl change and you never know what the outcome might be
but if you already have a negative feeling about a relationship you haven't even started then don't because in your head you already have that 'its never going to work out thought

It depends on what you want. If all you want is a bit of fun and you're both clear about that then why not. But don't enter into something thinking you'll change them or how they feel coz it never works.
