True, as more water was put into Ice sheets the water had to come from somewhere and the only real significant source was the oceans. Anywhere from 250 to 345 feet lower depending upon which advancement of the ice you are referring to as it was a cyclical event (in fact we are now still in a warming phase from coming out of the most recent ice advancement)
