Your skin is probably still healing and this is causing the flaking. If I were you, I'd apply some Eucerin cream (comes in a tub) to the affected area and see how it does. It's a really thick cream and a little goes a long way. Make sure that you're drinking enough water and getting plenty of sleep as both of these things will speed healing.

I'm glad to hear that your leg is healing. First of all you need to get rid of the flaking skin. St Ives has a good apricot scrub & Clinique has a better one, but it is more expensive. After you exfoliate and get all the dead skin off you'll need to moisturize. Again Clinique has great products, but they are a little pricey. There are less expensive options that are still very effective. Eucerin lotion is great, even better if you can find it they put out a lotion for babies with cradle cap, why is dry flakey skin on a baby's head, this stuff is great, it will probably be in the baby section. Cocoa butter and shea butter are also very good. Good Luck!!

Hi,

I switch to naturally based products with no harsh chemicals and made a huge difference.
I am a customer of a great wellness company, all their products are amazing! They have a lotion called Renew that it is the best thing I ever experienced!
You can become a customer and buy retail or even earn an income with them, you can choose, but whatever you choose, it is always a great idea to bring those products in any home.
They are the best quality at a great price.
Please check my website and ask for more info or give me a call if you want:

Hope it helps!

vaseline is not a moisturizer. the best solution is to use vitamin e oils or vitamin e lotion mixed with neutrogena sesame seed oil. always apply after a hot shower and do not towel dry your skin. let it air dry. that you maximize the moisture going into your skin.

Clinique Body Butter works really well, but it's a little pricey!
