An interesting question. I assume that (a) he wasn't there, and heard about it later (possibly not from you) and (b) he considered it cheating. My answer would be different under different circumstances.
Here's my view of the matter: you were playing a game, not pursuing a romantic relationship. You didn't decide to kiss him; it was part of the game. That was a risk you took by choosing to play, but it's understandable. Heck, if you were playing Twister, he might have broken up with you for touching another guy's backside.
So, your boyfriend is the jealous type, and insecure to boot; he can't understand the difference between a harmless physical interation during a game and an attempt to have a romantic relationship with someone else. That's not particularly reasonable; it shows a distinct lack of perspective.
Still, he is who he is. Go ahead and tell him that it was a game, not a romantic relationship; go ahead and tell him that he could have done the same thing and it wouldn't have bothered you. Ultimately, this may not help, and he may be gone for good -- if so, in this case (if my assumptions were correct) you didn't do anything wrong and you should be looking for a new guy with more confidence and a reasonable perspective on such things.

The only possible way to maybe get him back is to apologize and then back off and keep your dignity. He will at least respect you for respecting yourself. If he thinks it's worth another chance, he'll let you know. Until then, proceed to move on with your head held high.
