Has anyone had their tax refund deposited in their bank, before the date the IRS shows?

The reason I ask is that the date given to me was the 13th but I was under the understanding they were only deposited on Fridays.

It might be possible, but I expect it wouldn't be off by more than a day or so.

I've had mine sent direct deposit for the past three years and it was never before the date that the IRS said it would be

mine has always been early and like you said, the 13th was my date and then today i see that it was "sent to my financial institution"...
