If you believe that Jesus is part of the Trinity (Father Son Spirit), then Jesus Christ came first.

If you believe in evolution, and that Jesus Christ was not the Son of God, then you could assume that the lizard came first, but without any fossil records going back millions of years (ever wonder how things get carbon dated as either after 4,000 years ago or before 120 million years ago? Weird thought), it would just be a theory.
Perhaps an iguana didn't wanna be eaten, so it decided it was going to run so fast it could go on water.... so while it was being chased it evolved webbed toes and the ability to run freaky fast?

My money would be on Jesus Christ being around first.
