Does he like me? PLZ HELP!!!?

Question

I have a guy friend that I really like but I'm not sure if he likes me. He tells me almost everything and I tell him almost everything. For example, he asked me who I liked and I told him no one because we were in front of one of my best friends so I didn't admit my crush on him but he named another girl though I believe it was to make it seem like he didn't like me. Later that night when we were walking (all three of us) we spotted a golf cart with neon. I said that I couldn't believe a golf cart had neon and he said that I was the first girl he knew that ever knew what neon was. Then he muttered 'hot and smart' under his breath. I didn't say anything but my best friend asked who and he said the name of the other girl. I don't know if he likes me or not though. We hug each other, we lay side by side talking about tons of topics and I am really comfortable around him. The only problem is I don't want to ruin our friendship by telling him how I feel. So what do you think?

When the two of you are alone, bring up the subject about that girl she said he liked. Ask him if he really likes her. Then bring up the fact that he is someone very special to you. That not only is he your bestfriend but you have noticed that you feel something else for him. Let him start talking and if he admits to his feelings for you ... wonderful. If he doesn't then drop the subject and act like nothing was said.

if u really like him and your comfortable around him then tell him how you feel you'll feel better u told him u like him trust me i told my crush alex i liked him but i didn't tell him face 2 face i wrote him a letter of how i felt about him and he was happy i wrote him
and now because he knows how i feel about him i get lots of affection from him (hugs & kisses) good luck :)

I am sure he likes you, check out the movie "some kind of wonderful" sometime. It involves the same type of situation.
