How? I am a pretty depressed individual and usually emotional but don't seem to feel the sensation of the emotion when I react to things cos my mood is pretty low. I don't want to use medication, I just want to know what foods that can do that. Also what foods are rich in b6 vitamins and good for the nervous system.

A half hour brisk walk every day. Fish oil for omega-3. Stay away from junk food, especially sugar. Pregnenolone from the vitamin store.

You cannot do that with food. As far as what foods are "good for the nervous system", just about any meats or veggies. You're seriously asking for a solution to a problem that only medication (whether prescription or herbal or dietary supplement) can handle.
