When you 'cut' it releases certain endorphines in the brain and this is why you "feel better".
Instead of cutting, get in a quiet room...(bathroom). Fill the sink with ice and water. Place your hand into it up past the wrist. It won't take long for the stinging sensation to start. Keep it in there for as long as it takes to get that same "rush/high" you got from the 'cutting'.
This way, you are getting the release you're craving while at the same time leaving your beautiful body intact.
Take time to think. Write your feelings out on paper. Put them away in a safe place where you don't have to worry about them being found. Purge your emotions and deal with your inner self. Become aware of how special and unique you are and that no one but you can fullfill the purpose you are here for.
One such place to write is an online diary or blog. You might want to check out www.opendiary.com It's a free site that will allow you to keep an online diary with the choice of making it public or private or you can even choose to make it a "favorites only" diary meaning that only those you allow to read it are able to view your writings. Those that read are able to leave you public/private notes as well.
You are loved and supported upon this journey of a sometimes twisted mazewalk we call life, but you are strong and you can do this. I know you can!
Find someone you trust and talk. Don't rule out professional help. We all need help sometimes. ((hugs)) Remember that nothing last forever. When you are happy, happy don't last...well, you can trust that your sad times won't last either. *smiles*
Remember, behaviour is addicting. If you cut "just a little", this will eventually turn into alot. So, nip it in the bud now. Don't cut. Use the ice water and choose to be safe. You are worth it. (((( hugs tight )))

First off do you know why you do it in the first place? And yes there are lot's of places you could seek out help as well as medications that can help you through it all.
Eventually I'm going to start an online help service for teenagers so that can talk things out and get a little tlc and a kind word.

See a psychologist, they'll help you understand why you cut yourself better than yahoo can, it's a lot more common that people might think also. The cutting needs to be replaced with something else

You seem to be in serious trouble. You should seek professional help TODAY. Do you realize that if you cut a vein you might not stop bleeding before you reach a doctor and you might die. Nothing is that bad for you to take your life. Heads up!

You will DIE if you dont call a health clinic right NOW.And think of all the people & possibly pets whose lives you will ruin when this happens. They will think that you didnt care about them or love them enough.GET HELP NOW,,get off the computer & call your local clinic for an appointment. As soon as you do this,,you will be on your way to getting better.
