In the court system it seems you are guilty until proven inocent. I say this from expericence with my child. You can go say anything to the courts and charges can be taken, you are locked up until you prove you are innocent of those charges.

You couldn't be more right, If you are accused of something you could be thrown in a holding cell, harrased by police, prosecuters, and judges and untill you are proven innocent you aren't. Even if you are innocent and get through this there is emotional scaring after the noncence. I have no idea where they got the innocent until proven guilty phrase from.

True but not true...By law you should be Innocent till proven guilty.
I believe the only day that you are Innocent is the day you have your trial.
Unfair or what...Ahhh...justice ..there is no justice!!
Even times you are Innocent and then go to trial and for whatever reason you are found guilty!!! When you are Innocent!!!

THAT'S THE WAY IT IS. YOU ARE GUILTY UNTIL YOU PROVE YOURSELF INNOCENT. THE OTHER WAY AROUND IS A MYTH.
