9 year ol female, 3 1/2 weeks ago diagnosed with RSV, turned into mycroplasma, treated with 2 rounds of antibiotics and steroids,breathing treatments, iv for dehydration. still complains of stomach ache (treated last week with previcid thinking pain caused from anitbiotics) head ache and very tired, some loss of appetite, no fever, not mono, good bloodwork, chest sounds clear. she may feel good and seem to be getting better for a day or two then relapse and fatigued again.

She has been to two doctors in 4 weeks with one hospital visit for the dehydration.

Shouldn't you be asking her doctor? Don't guess based on answers from strangers in a forum. KNOW based on the accurate answer of her doctor. He/she is the one who knows her more than us. This is your daughters health/life, not something I would want to risk with strangers.

Mycoplasma infection may be associated with prolonged fatigue. Mononucleosis is a great imposter, and not always easy to diagnose early, but generally respiratory symptoms are not prevalent. You may just need time and patience, but I think a few follow-up visits with the doctor are advisable.
