He does not have so much of looks, but he is not bad too. with some work out he can have a nice body. He is open and he seems nice. He seemed attracted to me too. He offered to be friends, I did not mind. To tell u the truth, good looks for me is a priority. Still the fact that this guy is rather well- off and open attracted me to him.. What do you say?

You just met him so why not go out with him a few times and see what you think? My only suggestion is that you don't lead him on if you think you can't follow through with giving him a fair chance all the way around. Don't let the money play a part in your decision. Money can't buy love.

ask him what exactly did he mean by his offer to be friends? He could mean the friends with benefits and a mutually beneficial relationship kind of thing..if thats what you dont mind, go for it, but think about the consequences later, please dont be another anna nicole. Im not sure of your age or his, but be careful
