This is a difficult question to answer, because it's almost a matter of opinion. I think it happens differently for everyone. I have never been a big user of the 'L' word, and so when I first started dating my boyfriend and realized that this relationship was likely to last, I began to worry incessantly about whether or not he was going to tell me he loved me. And if, when he did, I was going to feel the same way. When the time finally came, and I told him--albeit, a little shakily--that I loved him, too. I expected fireworks, butterflies, anything. But nothing happened except that it felt RIGHT to actually say it.
So I think that, when it comes right down to it, you know you're in love if it feels right. If you have no doubts or second thoughts or grudges about saying 'I Love You' to someone and are willing to prove that statement in anyway possible. Maybe some people get butterflies in their stomachs, and maybe some people get fireworks, while others don't. As long as it feels right, I think that's how you know you love someone.

You know you love someone when you look at them at the end of a bad day and know everything is going to be alright when your world is even better when that person is in it you will know when you found love true love not when you find the person you can live with but the person you can't live without.

If you love someone you are willing to sacrifice everything you have for them. You are willing to open yourself up to them and you don't care what other people think of them. Whenever you are around that person you feel like it doesn't matter how you look, or who you are. With that person you are completly yourself and you never see flaws in them.

You worry about them and hope that they are doing okay. You miss them when they aren't around. You trust them with anything and everything. When you are with them, it just seems right. You feel comfortable and you don't feel like you have to impress them because they will always love you for who you are.
