Tell your current boyfriend how you feel so that, if he sees this, he doesn't think you want it. Second, tell your ex to leave you alone, if he refuses, then file a restraining order with your local courthouse. However, if you file a restraining order, but allow him to come over or anything, that violates the restraining order and it will no longer be in effect.

Stay away from your ex. Don't call him, don't talk to him, don't visit him.
You should also tell your current boyfriend about the problem. The honesty will win you some trust. Explain to him what your ex is doing, and that you've told him you're not interested, but he continues to do these things.

Tell him nicely you want no more contact and if it contnues you will call the police. In most states touching you in this manner could be construed as an assult. Make sure he clearly knows where you are in this! Remember just one relationship at a time!

Quit humping all the weirdos. If you do a guy in high school, you and he will both think that it's love. Yet, you won't know what love is for another decade. You could always have you current boyfriend thump him.

You're going to have to get tough with your ex, period. I assume you're someplace where you can't avoid being (class or work) when he bothers you like this. If not, then you're probably going to have to quit going there or consider more drastic steps.
If you can't avoid him then get tough, lay down the law and tell him since he won't quit making advances then he has to stay away period, and let him know that if he doesn't you're going to have to report him to school/security/police as appropriate. Then do it. No going soft and backing out.
There's no being friends with exs, especially those that don't want to remain exs, and there's no reason to consider or respect their feelings if they won't consider or respect yours.

Tell him to F**k off and that you want nothing to do with him.... If he still bugs you, tell him you will get a restraining order....The Police will put it into effect if he's treathen to physically harm you. You may also want to explain to you new b.f. that while you are not interested in your old b.f at all, he can't seem to leave you alone...Best wishes.

tell your bf to make him to quit! whenever one of my exes wouldnt leave me alone, my ex bf would VOLUNTARILY pick up my phone, call the a.ss, and say, "I'm *insert FULL name here* and shes with me now!! And if you've got a problem with it, come find me, ******...ill be waiting for you"
the other guys would usually say "oh..ok bye sorry sorry bye *click*" lol. he did this to like, 3 guys....all of which stopped calling me, so his theory works. tell your bf to try it

If it were me,I'd tell my current man whats happening.
Honesty is the best policy after all and I'm sure he will make it clear to him. It's a plus aswell on the trust level.
Goodluck...
