Different people try different things when they quit.

Chewing gum seems to be the most popular method of both curbing the oral fixation that some smokers have, and keeping part of the body in motion at all times.

Some people I know have put a rubber band around their wrist, and pop it when the start to feel anxious. That little snap on your skin can make you shake it off.

Good luck with it!

Relax, try to mentally relax and pop a piece of cinnamon gum in your mouth. If it's about your hands being anxious, doodle or read a book. Reading can help alot. And taking a walk or a jog.

Good luck!

If you're stressed out, you maybe could go the the gym and lift weights or do punching bags. But if you want to relax, just sit in a hot bath.

Drink a glass of water, while sucking on a mint wait 15 minutes, cravings pass. It's how I made it through. It's the best way to get that liquid knees feeling without cancerous side effects! ;-p Good luck!

Yep. be particular the wall change is on Off and tape it in position. Pull the plug from the hollow. The circuit is now double useless. the hot disposals reuse the potential twine. try the motor after switching over the twine by potential of plugging it right into a unique outlet. do not plug it in below the sink till put in and examined for water leaks. If ok then plug in, get rid of the tape and turn the change.
