I was at the dentist a couple of days ago and I asked him that very question. His answer was "None of them. Don't waste your money. The only thing you can do to make your teeth white is bleaching"

Depends on which country that you are in. As you're likely to see from some answers, there are different brands in each country. Tons more in the USA.
Check the active ingredients in each tube - they're usually the same. I've found smokers toothpase to be the best.
Beware toothpaste that is abrasive and grinds your tooth exterior, the enamel away. Is it gritty? Move on. As enamel is eroded, it becomes more transparent and shows the more yellow of the inside.

I use Beverley Hills Whitening toothpaste and my friend noticed a difference. Can get it in most supermarkets and its not that expensive either. Hope this helps.

Get a toothpaste made specifically for "smokers". The amount of peroxide in these pastes is much higher than others. Ty TOPOL TOOTHPASTE, if not do a google search to find another one.

I prefer Crest Whitening. Though I haven't seen any major results. My uncle is a dentist and he said the safest, best way is to get it done at the dentist, though I know it is expensive. I tried the crest strips and my teeth were way too sensitive for that.

Arm & Hammer makes a good whitening toothpaste. It has peroxide and baking soda it, but it tastes good. That's all we use.

Crest Vivid White works SOO well!!! There is one toothpaste for the morning and a different one for night. My teeth are so white now!! It also helps my teeth stay white with braces on.
