C. Technically it's you can cross a double yellow line only when entering or leaving the roadway. You may never cross to pass a slower vehicle though. If there are 2 sets of double yellows, you may not cross under any circumstances.

a) NEVER!!!

Think about this one. If you are stopped trying to cross a double yellow to get into a driveway, you're going to be rear-ended.

Clearly your premise is false -- pick any moral "line" you want, and there will be thousands of humans that have "crossed it." And yes, all "morals" are subjective. A fact clearly established by ample evidence. A woman (or man) being addicted to drugs is still making their own choices about what's "easiest," and who are you to tell them the "easiest" way to make money is "morally wrong?" It's none of your business. "I'm saying it's actually 'wrong to do'..." And that's false. If you think it's "wrong," it's because you're deciding that based on some arbitrary standard -- yours or someone else's. And there have been thousands of human cultures where prostitution and drug use were common and not considered "wrong" at all (the Aztecs, for instance). And you're not making a "truth claim," you're stating your opinion.

c is the correct answer. I would also say that if you had an emergency situation, I would swerve if safe into the left hand lane.
