If you've ever been in a situation in which you experienced constructive conflict and one in which you experienced destructive conflict with someone. If so, what happened?

A constructive conflict is any fight or disagreement that results in a compromise, or solves a problem. Hopefully, most relationships are riddled with those. Destructive conflicts are the arguments that cause relationships to end. The type and severity of any confrontation depends on the conflict style of each person involved.

Just because a conflict "ends" doesn't mean that it was resolved, and is therefore not a constructive conflict.

I've been in both kinds all through my life. Mainly with boyfriends. The constructive fights usually end up in makeup sex. FUN FUN!
The destructive fights usually ended up in break ups. My current boyfriend and I haven't had any of those yet.
