when i was little (11) i shaved my legs and arms...don't ask why, just being curious and dumb. anyhoo, now that i'm 22, my legs and arms have hair follicles that haven't "grown" they're just little bumps...

i was wondering if there is something i can use to "exfoiliate" them??? or get the hair to grow, so that i won't have the hair bumps...

You can exfoliate "mechanically" using a loofa or bath scrub (or even a handful of salt, if you don't want to spend the money). You can exfoliate "chemically" by using products that contain alpha or beta hydroxy acids, like glycolic acid or salicylic acid. Be careful if you use these - they make you more susceptible to sunburn, so be sure to use sunscreen or sunblock.

Body oil will smooth them away.
