You need to review your eating habits and keep up your exercise as well but make sure you have variety in what you do.

Sheer determination will keep you going and also allow for the days you might slip and find yourself eating the wrong thing, chalk that up as a bad day knowing tomorrow you back on track.

I hate the word diet as it seems to have an adverse effect, I also do not tell people that I am on a diet just mention cutting out the bad things and re educating myself to eat well and be healthy.

I lost weight over about a year by simply cutting out a few things and replacing them with an alternative chocolate was a downfall so I switched to 100% cocoa one square was the limit and I had this as a treat every Friday, walked instead of talking the tube, got off a stop earlier, walked up 6 flights of stairs to my office and walked most weekends.

My exercise was fun I learned to dance, took classes in Holla Hooping, cycled alot, swam, and did the occasional gym session.

This was my way of loosing and for me it worked.
Hope you find what your looking for and the best of luck but remember there is nothing that can be achieved unless you work at it, no miracle diets or pills.

Try not to compare yourself to others as we are all different and things work for others which might not work for you, most important love yourself

Cool diet, maybe. Perfect - well, no one can recommend a perfect diet for you. Only you can decide what's perfect - and you are setting pretty high (possibly too high) standards for what to expect.

If it's cool to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet, then that is what I'd recommend. By modifying your long-term eating habits, you are more likely to stick with the diet and keep the weight off long term. The problem with trendy diets is that you have a tendency to revert back to your old eating habits when you go "off" the diet.

About the gym - make sure you are doing both weight training and cardio to get the best results.

I don't know about a "cool diet" but the basic way that always works is to exercise along with eating right. Cut down on junk food, fast food, sodas, eats tons of fruits and vegtables and drink a lot of water. As far as exercising, running and jogging is always good.

Don't search for a one week diet or something like that , it'll destroy you. Diets like this, that makes you losing weight so fast ,could be too dangerous for you. You must try doing exercises very often and having a balanced diet with less carbohydrates and almost nothing of fat. You should also drink a lot of water and reduce your salt ingestion..

Watch what you are eating....
Find out what your actual BMI (body mass index) is and start working toward your normal index as a goal. There are programs to calculate the caloric intake you need for your body type. Cook/eat according to the suggested calories and your weight will come off. It always helps to work out since it increases your metabolism (you will burn more fat this way).

Its VERY simple, obviously you have been doing something wrong, and I would recommend to get a personal trainer, and start a diet low in carbs and high in protein, that should help you, A LOT!!!! good luck!!!
