This guy I like flirts a lot with me. I asked him what he was doing and he says he is just a natural flirt. I've been around when there are other girls and he doesn't really flirt, or if he does, he flirts differently than he does with me. He says he has no feelings for me, but yet he continues to flirt and act like he likes me. He knows that I have feelings for him.. and still continues to flirt. What is up with him? He is playing with my feelings? Or could he have feelings for me and just be too afraid to do something about it? He's had a few girlfriends, so he knows what to do... But I don't!

the short answer: yes! he's playing.
some guys flirt differently with girls that have feelings for them. there is more confidence in the flirtation because they already know you like them. guys like the attention as much as girls and he's got nothing to lose by letting you hang on by repeatedly flirting with you.
by saying he's a natural flirt, he's also justifying his reasons for flirting with you so that you expect it - but you have to take it as normal behaviour because he's already told you he behaves this way. however, he knows that because you have feelings for him, you cannot help but take it differently... but he does not want to be responsible for that.
it is obvious that he does not want anything to come out of it - just for you to continue to adore him. (there's nothing wrong with that! sometimes good friendships can build because of it once the crush subsides).

If he is saying he has no feelings for you, it's best to keep him at a distance and not to let yourself wonder. Either he has no feelings for you or he isn't sure and just likes attention from women. If you back away for a while, you will find out for certain because he will either start paying you more attention or he will lose interest, either of which is better than sitting on the edge of your seat confused and wondering.

he's playing with you. he even even told you so when he said he was a natural flirt. think about it, he knows you like him and instead of making a move he flirts and flirts with you and other girls. hes an a$$h0le. cut him out of your life. you dont need guys like him confusing you.
