I have to have a urine test tomorrow 4 work. Any advice on how to hide THC form the doc? I only had a few smokes this week. Im clean as arule.

Water does not work. Water does not work. One of the testes is for colour. If the urine is too clear, they don't accept the sample.
Emma's right. Only someone elses urine will get you through. But it has to be urine from someone of the same sex because they sometimes test for oestrogen.
The security or "chain of custody" for urine samples is never that good. In other words it's very rarely they will actually stand there and WATCH you pee ( unless you are suspected of csomething VERY naughty). Therefore there is a good chance you can smuggle a condom of urine into the booth.
The urine also has to be warm because one of the first things they might check it for is temperature.
Ignore any recommendations for gold seal or whatever, these things are all rubbish.
It's too late, you will either pass or fail.But a lot depends on your employer- how strict and accurate the test is. They also have "thresholds" to prevent false negatives. So you can have slight traces, but still pass.
Don't build your hopes up though.

It will stay in your system for up to 30 days. The test itself can distinguish between an occasional user and a heavy user. You can not take someone else's urine into the test, as they monitor the temperature of it. The testing facility also puts a blue dye in the toilet to stop you from using or diluting the sample. There isn't anyway out. Stand up and be a man, take your punishment, and get on with it. You are obviously in a safety sensitive position, or in the transport industry. In either case, I would rather have you treated for any addiction. Should you test positive, your SAP (substance abuse professional) will make arrangements with you to be tested randomly up to 12 times a year. This of course only if your employer decides to keep you on. If so, you won't be able to return to work until you test negative.

If they test correctly I don't know how you can beat it. If you use someone else's urine it has to fall into a normal temperature range. In other words, how are you going to keep it warm? Secondly you can't add water from the toilet cause the toilet water will be blue and not flush, and the water in the sink will not be turned on. And they don't watch you pee the first time, but if they suspect you tampered with the specimen, then can watch the second time. Good luck.

It's disgusting that you have to be worrying about a small thing like THC. Soon everyone will have the same problem trying to hide the signs that they had a cigarette.
I'm afraid it will show up...so, be brave and mention it first. Say you drank it in tea form, or you had eaten it in cake form.

take a sweat bath, go to the health food store and buy about 2 to 3 cups of kelp, run a bath full of water and start to sit and sweat out the THC and the other toxins, and like every one says drink lots of water while you are taking the bath, and before you go in for the test, depending on the test it will not matter if your pee is to clear, take some vitamins before you go this will add some coler, the kelp in the water helps to promote sweating and it opens up your poors.just make sure you are completly hydrated before you go in for the test. how can they force a person to dehydrate them selves, people can die from being dehydrated, lots of water.

THC is one of the chemicals that binds itself to your fat cells. It can stay in your system for weeks.
Keep in mind, the drug test itself could be a cheap. But it could also be a very expensive drug test that will 'catch' everything.
I would reschedule it if I were you, depending on how pertinent it is to take it. Better to be safe than sorry.

Apparently, eating red meat is good for hiding things like that. A few smokes should'nt hurt, but you can't be to careful tho. Or if your quick, nip down the chemist and buy a detox kit to flush you out.

Many people will tell you to do this or that. But there is no way. He will find it if that is what he is looking for. One smoke is enough to be shown on a drug test.

Water will do no longer something to cleanse your gadget of marijuana. in case you smoked a small volume and don't smoke on a frequently happening foundation, you would be fantastic. somebody who smokes pot on a frequently happening foundation desires as much as 30 days or much greater to detox. No, you're not clean if you smoked weed even if it was a few smokes. You cannot rid it of your body. it can remain up to 2 months. You're screwed.
