You are 5 feet tall and 130 lbs and you want to lose 21 lbs? I am pretty confused. Also, only 700 calories a day is terribly restritive. Sure you will lose the 21 lbs but it will be muscle tissue and fat. However I am assuming you have no muscle mass on you what so ever.
With that severe for a calorie restriction you lose the weight in about 4-5 weeks. You'll essentailly be starving yourself.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

If you dont take in enough calories your body will go into starvation mode. Even though your eating, your not eating enough for your body to get the right nutrients it needs to burn fat. Your body is gonna store away the extra fat for the energy its missing by you taking such a cutback, thusfore = no weight loss. A great cardio workout (running, jogging, high paced walking, even dancing) will help melt away those pounds. But at 5 foot tall you dont need to lose 21 pounds, depending on your build, 115 - 120 is a healthy weight range to stay in. You will need to take on the cardio workout atleast 3 times a week. The dancing is fun, I do this myself, not only are you melting the fat away but having a great time and learning some hot moves to throw down on the dancefloor.

Is she morbidly obese? Then that's a risk. I lost a hundred and sixty lb in 7 months and at last 198 lbs in 11 months on the Kimkins foodstuff regimen. Our foodstuff regimen produces very quickly weight alleviation. i've got maintained my loss for over 5 years. Your sister "ought to" save the load alleviation off if she completely differences her foodstuff options, yet probability is she would be able to no longer. dropping slowly does not exchange that. many people have rejoined Weight Watchers 10 situations or greater.

It's very possible with proper diet and exercise. You can safely lose 2 to 3 lbs a week and keep it off. Good luck.

yes, it's all about the amount of food you eat. portion control. i lost weight serving myself like i was feeding my 8 yr old. it's also determination. and a mind think. you have to chg your form of thinking. serve your self what looks healthy and no 2nds. walk away. if you get out, just have half or share it with some else. and drink plenty of water. and if you had some walking, park far and if your going some where close try walking or jogging. you will be fine, your not very heavy to being with. good luck and stay focus.
