The Maine cat is the largest bred in britain,but I don't know of any breeders. Iv'e just googled and there is plenty of info

I also think that the male Maine Coon is the biggest domestic cat that you can own in the UK. Males weigh on average between 10-20lbs.

Go to your local shelter and pick out the biggest cat you can find. For some reason, unknown even to me, I really wanted a big cat, and I found a big, huge sweetheart of a cat at the humane society. I love him to death, he's a great pet and he's exactly what I wanted. Plus I saved his life and didn't pay a breeder a huge sum for a purebred kitten.

Simply get any household moggy, (that makes it a domestic cat) then feed it steroids as part of its daily diet. That should make it the biggest by a long way!
