hey, im 6 foot and weigh 11stone 9lbs, have lost around a stone and want to shift last bit of weight. i heard this is a struggle, how do i go about this and how long will it take, i want to lose around another 7-9lbs

Im female and 6ft and my ideal weight is between 11 and 13 stone!! So are you sure you need to lose anymore weight? Maybe you just need to tone up a bit? If you've been working out aswell remember muscle weighs more than fat so you may not need to lose anymore weight at all? If you feel that those extra couple of pounds are essential then just persevere. If you've already lost a stone then losing another 7lbs shuldnt be too hard.

Increase your excercise by just a little. Push yourself to do one more mile or one more push up etc and drink more water!!
