My doctor told me i am low on proteins and vitamins, and that i should eat alot of eggs and meat each day, well how many boiled eggs should i eat each day on breakfast?

You're telling me that i should remove the yolk out of atleast 4 of them, but heres the thing, i am 15 years old and the doctor told me that i dont weigh enough for a 15 year old, so shouldn't i keep the yolk?

I would say up to 6 but remove the yolk out of 4 of them also try protein shakes and peanut butter is a good source of protein

Maybe 5 or 6, but make sure you take the yolk out of atleast 4 of them. It makes your cholesterol go sky high. I love boiled egg whites and eat a few everyday.

take your daily vitamins too.
Common protein rich foods can include:

Milk
Soy Milk
Eggs
Cheese
Yogurt
Peanut Butter
Lean Meats, Fish, and Poultry
Beans, Tofu, Lentils, and other Legumes
Grains, including bread and pasta
Nuts and Seeds
I wouldnt eat tons of eggs, eggs arent that good for you-the yolks are not! Eat a variey of things! A little of this little of that is best, never overdo anyhting, too much of anyhting is bad.

The most nutritious part of the egg is the yolk, so don't only eat the whites. There's nothing wrong with eating an egg every day. That's actually a very small breakfast.

that really depends on your total cholesterol levels which is mainly genetic.

I consume about 6 whole eggs daily but my total cholesterol values are very low.

it is adviseable to eat only one egg each day.
or better yet, eat eggs twice a week.

too much of eggs is bad for ur health.
