i hardly get time to walk or exercise.pls suggest something else.

Not possible. 4-5 kg? I guess you could try cutting off a limb or something. Seriously, even if you could lose that much weight that quickly, it wouldn't be healthy. Set a long-term goal instead, and work on finding time to exercise. Also watch what you eat, stay away from soda and junk food!

I don't know how old are you at present but lets assume you are 30. Now imagine a situation where for 30 years of your life you were given no exposure/training/knowledge but suddenly now some one throw the duties & responsibilities of a 30 year old on your head. How would you react? You'd collapse. That is exactly what will happen to your body if you try & loose all the weight you have accumulated over the years in a matter of days. I don't know what your lifestyle is but if you are 40 kgs over weight it definitely hasn't been a very healthy one. I don't know if you had been used to exercising or doing some type of physical activity at some point of time in your life but you obviously haven't been doing it in the past few years. You have been eating a certain type of diet which has been piling your body with the extra weight. So how do you expect your body will react if you change everything drastically? Not only will your body resist the change, it will create a mental block for fitness. I guess there is a good reason behind why you suddenly want to loose weight & that too in 45 days. Most probably there is a very important day coming, when you want to impress someone special. However please stop & consider two things: One that even if you try this impossible endeavor you are not going to loose weight but your health. Secondly, the moment that special occasion passes away you will obviously loose motivation to loose weight & go back to your old habits. Then not only will you gain back extra weight (this has been scientifically proven), the whole purpose will be defeated. I suggest that instead of thinking about loosing weight you start thinking about gaining health, stamina, energy & flexibility. Basically start eating healthy, exercising regularly & maintain a disciplined life style.

If you don't eat the bad carbohydrates for 2 weeks you lose the weigth,no fruits for two weeks ,no bread no potatoes,no rice nothing WHITE,plenty green vegetables,grill chicken fish, no red meat,plenty water no sodas no candies,oatmeal in The morning ,brow cereals no white bread .
