I initially told them that I was having stomach problems. Now when I go into work tommorrow, I need to have some kind of idea what caused these stomach "problems". I don't think a stomach virus would work cause that usually lasts only a day or two. Also I'm a guy so womanly excuses won't work either. Does anyone have a hard to disprove, believable sickness on hand? Thanks...

Why did you call in sick anyway?
Tell them you think its an ulcer or you ate something. your not sure what it is. Look like you don't feel well even returning to work. Sit down and hold your stomach when the boss is watching but don't let on that you know he is watching. bring crackers and sprite to work. At lunch time, act like the site of food turns you off. They will question if you eat a burger and fries or act normal.

LOL! food poisoning... diarreha... Nero.. All works! or tell that you had 'gas' problems, sure no one will question your absence.
but have you become a bit lean? that will also help. go unshaven to improve the act.
hey will not any of your fellow workers read this out? careful man!

Usually a lie will trip you up. Don't say anything about your illness, except you are back and feeling better. If some-one presses for more info, just tell them it was stabbing pains in your abdomenon and it has passed now...don't go into more detail
