That is great that you want to get your friend a good gift.The best gift is one that is personalized.Not their name in lights but maybe a basket filled with their favorite stuff.IE hair supplies,toiletries etc.
also you could fill one room of their house with an item in the # of years they are.IE 25balloons,20 roses,and cash is always good.

I personally believe you can never go wrong with candles and bath soaps. They are inexpensive and what girl doesn't love them?
Or if you want to spend a little more money, buy her a manicure and the two of you go have your nails done together.
