After the Christian Dominion is established we need to adopt the traditional method of Capital Punishment(used for thousand of years in Holy Christian countries) for capital crimes.
I suggest beheading with an axe in a chopper's block.
It will be one of the milestone to go back to our traditional values
and culture.

The efforts of the state to curb the spread of behavior harmful to people's rights and to the basic rules of civil society correspond to the requirement of safeguarding the common good. Legitimate public authority has the right and duty to inflict punishment proportionate to the gravity of the offense. Punishment has the primary aim of redressing the disorder introduced by the offense. When it is willingly accepted by the guilty party, it assumes the value of expiation. Punishment then, in addition to defending public order and protecting people's safety, has a medicinal purpose: as far as possible, it must contribute to the correction of the guilty party.67

2267 Assuming that the guilty party's identity and responsibility have been fully determined, the traditional teaching of the Church does not exclude recourse to the death penalty, if this is the only possible way of effectively defending human lives against the unjust aggressor.

If, however, non-lethal means are sufficient to defend and protect people's safety from the aggressor, authority will limit itself to such means, as these are more in keeping with the concrete conditions of the common good and more in conformity to the dignity of the human person.

Today, in fact, as a consequence of the possibilities which the state has for effectively preventing crime, by rendering one who has committed an offense incapable of doing harm - without definitely taking away from him the possibility of redeeming himself - the cases in which the execution of the offender is an absolute necessity "are very rare, if not practically nonexistent

Christ was very clear when he said his Kingdom was not in this world, not meaning the planet, but the way this world is. Since there is no hate or fear in Christ's world ('judge not", "forgive your enemies"), there is no need for a punishment and it is not possible that a real "Christian Capital Punishment" may exist. A human punishment system must exist but don't name it under Christ's or God's name. The worst crimes have been committed that way.

perhaps the most humane method of capital punishment is death by bubble wrap. the condemned is locked in a cell with an inexhaustible supply of bubble wrap which they begin to pop. soon they become so engrossed in their task they forget about and ignore all of their physical needs.food and water can be placed in the cell but will be left untouched as the condemned continue on their futile and obsessive task to burst every bubble. eventually they become dehydrated, fall into a coma and then die. this has the additional benefit for Christians as technically it is the guilty party who has killed themselves, thereby absolving the good christian from any accusation of having actually participated in the killing of a fellow human. otherwise we should return to burning, especially for heretics and witches,. what was good for our forefathers and the good citizens of Salem should be good enough for us.

the bible sanctions stoning for commoners and hangings or the sword for nobles. The sword could also be used for mass executions of commoners.
