I get such chills at times, I can not get warm even covered up in three blankets. I finely have to get a very hot bath, which stops the chills but soon they are back again. I just don't know what is causing them and I sure would like to get them stopped. Thanks.

Low blood pressure can result in cold chills. The kind that feels like your bones are chilling. Eat some vitamin K rich foods, and take and eat something that is high in iron. You may not be a fan of liver, but it is one of the highest sources of iron and protein which will help you feel better.

I have that happen sometimes, too. Usually when I don't get enough sleep the night before (not sure why that is). I find it helps to move around and get my circulation going. Also, wearing a hat, extra socks and gloves for a short time might help as well.

There could be many reasons. U could not be getting enough sleep, ur blood could be low, u could have thyroid problems, anemia. I'd get that checked out.
