I want to make Saganaki but I don't know if there is any greek bakeries around

I would suggest you take a trip to the st lawrence market, the cheese shops seem to stock anything you could imagine.

Do you know anyone who works or is planning a trip to Niagara Falls - There's a Wegmans on Military Road - I'm sure I've seen Saganaki in their cheese shop.
