I don't know. I have often held that the "special creation" mentioned in Genesis (that humans are unique among the animals and plants) refers to the giving of souls (what I think you mean by "essence") to humans, and not to anything special about their physiology. Thus, one way to bring evolution and "creationism" into harmony is to believe in the literal evolution of species over time (guided, or not, by divine hand), and then the special creation of the spiritual animal in the shape of humanity.

You would have to define essence. Biological evolution is a fact-it has no relevance to spiritual or theological issues.

Because evolution is based on science and there's no such thing as 'essense'.

If you learn about neurobiology you'll know that all the reasons people used to believe in souls makes no sense in this day and age.

Believing in souls in the 21st century is wilful ignorance.

because evolution is based on biased pseudo science and has in fact "fabricated" it's evidence, and if you study neurobiology, you will see onvious flaws and detect the fabrications used by these pseudo scientist to brainwash you into believing that we cannot have souls.

because their is no real evidence about evolution. Some thing has to make something you know how was the Universe created. Unless we are talking about God.
