That depends if you are fitted with a prosthesis which provides the capability to be physically active. If so, then ou are not limited by much. You can run, elliptical, bike, climb stairs and so on. If you do not have an physically active prosthesis, then you can try a stationary arm bike. It's just like bike pedals but for the arms. You can row, perhaps even jump rope. But it all depends on your total limitations.

Ever use a rowing machine? The gym I go to has these. I use them sometimes, and they are a pretty good whole-body workout. I don't own stock or sell them, but like using them. Whether you can or not is something you'll have to decide once you try it.
