You should cook it at 325 degrees in the oven. First, however, you need to saute the spare ribs until it gets brown on all sides. Then you add liquid, either broth, water, crushed tomatos or combination of each, then you cover the pan and put it in the oven for 1 hours and 30 minutes.

First it would depend on how well done you want them. Ideal internal temp for well done is 150-165 degrees or 20-25 min. per pound. If you like it more medium, the internal temp. should be 140-150 degrees. I hope this helps. Always check internal temps if you aren't sure.

well : according to cooking temp set the oven at 350o
then add some BBq sauce on yourBeef Ribs also put in there
about 10min or more ok see

the first thing you want to do is cut the slab of ribs in half, and then in a large soup pot put to boil one hole onion, two to three celery stalks, salt to taste add the ribs and let it boil until tender.
remove from pot and place them on a BBQ grill, baste with BBQ let them brown baste with BBQ sauce and enjoy!!!
