About 3 months ago i was geting evicted i couldnt pay my rent, i have been talking to a guy and we had become friends, he call me the day i got evicted and invited me for dinner. Well i explain to him that i couldnt pay my rent anymore and my boyfriend have bail out before i got evicted because he didnt want to help with the rent and i told him to get out my life if he couldnt help, my friend found a place for us since he was renting a room he wanted more proivacy also and we rented a house together. The problem is my friends boss is not paying him for 1 month now and i told my friend to quit that job and he dont want to, he is mad because he is not getting pay but i am the one covering all the expenses and he didnt pay any of his last month, he is a very nice guy but i dont want to end up with another eviction notice and unpaid bills, i dont know what to do!

he was paying his shared of the bills till his boss stop to pay him, is not like he never help with the bills and i know his boss is not paying him cause the boss and i are friends and i ask him why he was doing that he just say he wasnt making much money and he will pay him as soon as he can but i told him is all falling on me, now i am mad at both the boss for using my roomateand my roomate for not quiting and getting something else we all friends so the situation sucks.

wow, you are in a bad situation see what you could do if you are working and you are not making enough, try public assistant maybe they can help you till your financial situation gets better, your friends needs to find a new job seems like his boss is taking advantage, hope everything gets better****

Tell him that if he can't come up with the second month's rent, you are evicting him and having someone else move in. I know it sounds harsh, but people do not think about others, only themselves. It is you that will pay in the end for being kind. And it will be harder to get a house soon if word gets around that you can't be trusted as a tenant. People won't want you renting from them. You will become the bad person because of others irresponsible actions.

well listen i know you don,t want to be mean but the thing is this falls all on you and not him and if he can,t afford to pay any kind of bills then you should definetly tell him to go or either give the job up and find one where he actually gets paid.
