what do you think should happen to fathers who don't think its their responsibility to cater for their wards

you know,here in where i come from,fathers abandon their duties and the law can't do much about it.children at the age of 14 do with themselves whatever they they please and its only when something as serious as the child being raped hapens,is when the law shows a bit of concern.

Apparently the laws need to be changed where you come from.
Get a petitiion going and present it to your towns legal representative and fight this until the law is changed or else don't have children.
