Being a native New Brunswicker, I have been very fortunate in travelling every Province and Northern Territories. Your wedding is scheduled in October. This is the most wonder full time to visit Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. When I travel with my husband I always marvel at the Bra d'Or Lakes in Cape Breton. To me this encompasses most of Canada's beauty rolled into one. Especially with the fall leaves in October, the wonder full Maritimers, the India natives, everything! There are beautifully B&B reasonably priced up to a Chateau (very Ritzy), but ah so enchanting. The Cabot Trail is also out of this world. If you love nature, this to is a must see! You can get all the infor from the Cape Breton tourist bureau. Have a wonderful time on your Honeymood!!!!!!!!!!

That really depends on what your tastes are in activities and climate.
The west coast of British Columbia has very spectacular and rugged ocean views - rooms are amazing.
The Rocky Mountains are awesome, but it will be cold in October and could even have snow.
Autumn in Quebec is beautiful - Maple syrup time. Old Montreal, very romantic.
My choise would be to rent a little cabin somewhere that you both agree on re climate, and immerse yoursleves in nature and one another.
Congrats on your upcoming wedding!

The south became into the 1st area to be settled by way of Europeans. The farmland is stable there. human beings settled and equipped cities. on account that then, they have been increasing North, and there are countless great cities extra desirable away. as quickly as you're out of sight of the border, the border and the neighbours exchange into beside the point. until you desire a visit and a few much less costly outfits, of direction. like it or not, Canada's enormous, all packed with organic supplies and open area. in case you force north, as a vacationer or truck driving force, there are paved roads all the way. until you get to the tundra and the ice roads interior the wintry climate of direction. i don't delight in being informed to "decrease the crap" right here, i think of it fairly is undesirable mannered.

That is a cold time of year no matter what part of Canada you are in. I'd have to say either Naigra Falls or Whistler.
