cellulite is nothing more than subcutaneous fat that pushes up on the top layer of the dermis. that's what causes the dimpling effect.
it is more prominent in caucasian women than in the other races.

if you want to get rid of it you have to drop your body fat percentage until it's gone.

and it can be done. none of the female bodybuilders or fitness competitors that I train have any cellulite. but they are all around the 16% body fat mark or lower.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

well cellulite is something genetic, but you could eat a low fat diet, moderate in carbohydrates, try to eat them only after exercise, and do a good guided combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, at least 4-5 times a week, this is hard I know!!! But it could help. And remember to eat healthy, low fat, and don't lower you're calories too much, so you wont lose muscle mass.
Hope it helps.

I was watching Rachael Ray this morning and she had Dr. Lionel Bissoon on the show and he gave great tips on how to get rid of cellulite. There were a lot of tips so i think the easiest thing for you to do to get them is to go to RachaelRay.com & go to the "T.V. show" section and watch the episode from Feb.1st.
Hope its some help to you!

Water will help with the overall assimilation of fat but it will not remove cellulite.

Exercise will help tone the area and provide a smoother appearance.

Creams are gimmick. Don't waste your money.

Liposuction is the only way to remove it and that is not even a 100% guarantee it will remove it all.

Cellulite is very difficult to treat, but if it makes you feel any better, the majority of women have it, even the models in the magazines, but they just airbrush it out!

The only treatments proven to work are Endermologie (lymphathic drainage) and Mesotherapy, but these treatments need to be repeated indefinitely to maintain results.

Some aerobics instructors say it's possible to get rid of it by not eating and drinking only - juice and so on. But honestly it seems scary because it's difficult to maintain the proper sustenance. So why don't you see a good cosmetic doctor?
Well, I'm against any surgery operations anyway...

Cellulite never really goes away. A lot of people go under the knife to get rid of it. You could do leg curls to build muscle in that part of your leg, and it may reduce the appearance of cellulite.
