I know that if I'm going to do 3 sets of 15 reps I should rest between sets, but for how long? Is it okay to do another exercise while resting? (Do chest for 15 reps and then do my back for 15 reps as my chest rest - or run in place for my chest rest)
Also, if I'm not going to do sets and just go 'till failure is it okay to move from one exercise to the next? (Chest to back without a rest.)
If you have and upper body weight lifting routines or suggestions that would be appreciated as well.
