Hi there...the mysteries of cats is uniquely different to each cat so to have a one fit all answer for all cats would be nearly impossible. It's like stating that all humans are alike when in fact we are not, but the fundamental basics of our likeness is obvious, but there are many variances within our beings.

I would like to know what they are thinking about all the time. Especially what they are thinking when the go crazy, make weird noises, and run around the house.

Well if you know.......Why do they get bursts of energy and attack your feet in the middle of the night. I'm sure you will say they are playing....
