Try finely shredding zucchini, red onion, red bell pepper, and Parmesan cheese (if you aren't vegan). Then mix in some bread crumbs, whisked egg (or egg substitute) and seasoning of your choice. The mixture should be stiff, about the same consistency as meat leaf. Then pan fry with a little olive oil, broil in the oven, or barbecue on foil (to keep it from falling through the grate). Enjoy!

Sorry, I don't, but both Boca and Morningstar Farms make some pretty good veggie burgers. I don't like tofu, but you can't even taste it in the Morningstar Farms products. Their Chicken patties are really good too - You can't tell it's not real chicken.

I use porridge oats - boil up milk then pour it over the oats and leave them for 10 mins to soak up the milk, use an egg to bind it, then add other veg like grated onion, carrot, plus herbs and spices... then spoon into a hot pan and fry them one by one...

Mix in the bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons of the parsley, the eggs, salt and pepper. Form the mixture into sixteen 1/4-cup burgers.
3. Line a baking sheet with foil. Brush the foil and both sides of the burgers with the remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil. Broil until golden, about 3 minutes per side.
4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and the remaining garlic and 1 tablespoon of parsley. Serve the burgers hot, with the yogurt sauce on the side.
