I recently just lost a my passenger side mirror. Is it illegal to drive w/o it? I live in Wisconsin, if state makes a difference.

If it came on the car from the manufacturer then you are likely supposed to maintain the vehicle so that it still has it. You may not get a ticket for it.....but don't drive drunk or with a kilo in the back seat and you should be ok.

I dont think it's legal in any state. They say driving without one makes you unable to see traffic on the side of your car. Which increases your chance of creating an accident. Best bet is to fix it quickly or for the time being, tape it on there as best you can.

yes that is legal. Most cars built prior to 1990 had only the drivers side and inside mirror

i am not sure about the state but in many places what it is necesary is to have two mirrors doesnt matter which ones

no but a state trooper can give you a ticket for not having the right equipment on your car
