Yes definitely and it works. I have lost 16 pound since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 6 months ago, A little bit every month will add up. Remember that's is how the weight goes on, a little bit each month.

I use to, when I had an eating disorder. It's good to think about how much you are eating because most people underestimate. But to count every calorie really is not necessary.

If you are at the appropriate weight for your height, don't start counting calories. Our nation is in a diet mindset and you shouldn't start doing this unless you need to. Just enjoy your life.

Not really...I am more of a carb counter. I have to stay on a low sugar diet for the rest of my life due to the fact that I had gestational diabetes when PG. I lost 50 pounds three years ago after cutting out sugars and bad carbs...i am back to a good weight!

if any one who is overweight should certainly atleast try to count the calories. because food has great attraction for them. it is not the fault of the person. some elements in the mind cause a person to be fond of more and eating food. controlling is not an easy task, with that all the problems arise.

No, counting calories every day is not necessary. Especially if you eat a balanced diet low in fats and sugars.
