How many Americans do you know that are packing up everything to move to another country for a better life? If we just let in anyone who wanted to come here without a visa, no one would ever leave. That's why visitors are tracked by visas.

what you fail to realize is the US doesnt mandate visa possession for other countries. Those countries set those visa laws and because the US has many allies around the globe, those countries in good favor do not require the US to have visa's to enter their country. It seems fair to me. you would do the same for your home right? you would let your friends in but screen strangers before you invite them in your home. second, we require visa's from many countries because some countries do not like the US and we cannot let enemies or terrorists harm us or our homeland. America is a super power and everyone wants to be here for our democracy, benefits and overall way of life. We cannot let everyone in. Just as simple as that.

I think the key to the immigration policy is to be smarter and faster about issuing visas. Let in the right people, keep out the bad people. This isn't rocket science.

Because there are not a lot of Americans trying to use a visitors visa for ill gotten games or to use it as a vehicle to enter the country illegally. Where Americans just visit other countries legally

Sounds as discrimination for me. And on top of that, you get the visa, but they can still tell you to go back home when you get at immigrations at the airport.

they are going to now no longer cancel the B1/B2. for people who qualify for the F1 they are going to without difficulty capture 22 difficulty it as an completely new visa---frequently valid for the 4 years which you will be in college. in the adventure that your vacationer visa is valid for longer than that then you without difficulty proceed to return and forth on it after the F1 expires. while it expires you stick to to renew it on the U.S. Consulate on your united states only as you probable did together as you won it until eventually now.

I suspect that if a bunch of poor Americans abused it by staying after their time was up, the other countries would change their laws, too.

Im ok with that. every body else wants to come here from everywhere else. Because it sucks everywhere else. So we need to control the influx. If we can go to other places freely its ok, they want our money , not many americans sneak into other countries to stay because ... It sucks every where else
